Design and implement centralized User Management system backend (golang, postgresql). Participate in design and implementation of the User Managerment system frontend (Typescript, reactjs). Participate in design and implementation of middleware (Typescript) for the communication between the centralized user management and the decentralized components responsible for Census Management and Voting.
